Computer Applications
Computer Applications — Department Profile
The Department of Computer Applications offers the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programmes, affiliated to JNTUH and approved by AICTE. The department focuses on applied software development — programming, databases, web and mobile application development, and data handling — for students entering the IT industry through the computer-applications route rather than a core engineering branch.
Students share the institute’s wider applied-technology ecosystem, including the HITS LMS portal, AI-based teaching methodology, industry interaction sessions and the Entrepreneurship Development Cell.
