This has helped our students to mould their personality and improve their performance, and has led our alumni to reach very senior levels in reputed companies all over the world.”

Dr. A. Siddharth Reddy

B.E., MBA

“I am pleased to welcome you all to the implicit space of VPR’s family, in which you will find insight into various colleges, courses and plans to build student-centred professional educational services.”

“At Holy Mary and Nalanda Group of Institutions we strive to nurture our students to become all-rounders in their intellectual, professional, physical and moral development — which not only makes them good human beings, but also helps them reach the heights in their careers in the present scenario of industry culture.”

That approach has been recognised nationally. In 2024 the Chairman received the “Most Innovative Educationalist” award at the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Inspirational Awards in New Delhi, and accepted the Certificate of Excellence in Industrial Interface for the institute from the Global Triumph Foundation at the World Education Conclave in Goa. Both awards reflect the same conviction: that an engineering college earns its reputation through the industrial exposure it gives students, not through classroom teaching alone.

Dr. A. Vijaya Sarada Reddy

M.A., M.Ed., MBA, M.Phil. (Psy), M.S. (Psy), M.S. (Counseling & Psychotherapy), Ph.D.

“Our faculty continue to provide their expertise through industry consulting services and continuing education programmes. The departments have also established rich and formal relationships with industry through the courses and regular classroom interactions, inviting industry professionals, and through cutting-edge research programmes.”

“The significant growth in the IT as well as non-IT sectors can only be sustained by a constant supply of high-quality human resources. It is important that our students find jobs to suit their aptitude and background. Such a matching of the challenges in the job with the aptitude of students is increasingly important in the competitive world today, where innovation will be the greatest key to growth.”

“I sincerely hope that our students will use the facilities provided to them on our campus, find their profession, and justify the trust placed in them by their family, society and nation in helping the country in its march towards becoming a developed country. Let me take this opportunity to congratulate all departments of our Holy Mary and Nalanda Group of Institutions for their untiring efforts, and wish all the students the very best in their attempts to build purposeful careers.”

Dr. N. Subhash Chandra

AMIE, M.Tech, Ph.D.

At Holy Mary Institute of Technology & Science we have set ourselves a simple but demanding standard: our students should not merely be taken to the industry — the industry should be brought into the heart of the campus.

That belief shapes everything we do. Our classrooms are supported by a DGCA-approved Remote Pilot Training Organisation, an advanced robotics and drone research environment, an active Entrepreneurship Development Cell, and a steady stream of practising engineers, scientists, civil servants and entrepreneurs who teach alongside our faculty. A student here works on real equipment, to real industry standards, well before graduation.

Dr. N. Subhash Chandra is an acknowledged educationist with more than twenty-two years of experience in active teaching, research and administration at college level. He supervises doctoral scholars, has over 35 research publications, and has received Best Paper and Best Teacher awards. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and a member of IEEE, ISTE and the Computer Society of India.

What we ask of every student

• Take the practical work seriously — the laboratory, the field trip and the internship are where an engineer is actually formed.
• Write and publish. In AY 2025–26 our final-year B.Tech students published 149 research papers drawn entirely from in-house projects.
• Build something. Twenty-seven startups emerged from our Entrepreneurship Development Cell in a single academic year.
• Learn the skills that sit beside the degree — communication, time management, critical thinking and the ability to deal with failure.

I invite you to visit our campus at Bogaram, Keesara, and see this environment for yourself.
