Continuing education at HITS runs through the institute’s own LMS portal and a continuous programme of certified short courses — open to current students building skills alongside the degree, and reflecting the reality that an engineering qualification now needs refreshing throughout a career.

From AY 2026–27 the institute is embedding industry-driven skill certificate courses directly into the academic journey, covering Generative AI and prompt engineering, chip making and nanofabrication, EV battery and autonomous vehicle technology, 3D printing, and big data analytics.
