HITS offers 16 postgraduate programmes, spanning M.Tech, M.Pharmacy, Pharm-D, MBA and MCA, alongside research supervision by faculty who guide doctoral scholars.
Postgraduate admission follows the Telangana state counselling process: TS PGECET for M.Tech and M.Pharmacy, and TS ICET for MBA and MCA, under the college code HOLY, with a limited management quota handled directly by the admissions office. Candidates should register for the relevant examination, attend counselling and exercise the college code among their options.
Several HITS faculty supervise doctoral scholars, and the institute’s research environment gives postgraduate students access to active work rather than to a purely taught programme. Faculty recorded 290 research achievements in AY 2025–26 across publications, major projects, institutional grants, seminars and Faculty Development Programmes, and postgraduate students work within that activity alongside the institute’s applied facilities and its collaborations with T-Works, C-DAC and BITS Pilani.
